Heavy Rain in Hoshiarpur

People get stuck at nasrala near hoshiarpur, while going to chintpurni
on festival lot of people have to go back due to heavy rain and full
of waters on road make difficult for people to travels.

Punjab Govt lack in providing proper infrastructer and have proper
plan for any rainfall in any state.....
